Metallica...Good

Well the new album dropped last week and it is excellent. However, this little clip should reignite some disgust with our favorite metalheads. FYI, I still love Metallica.

Metallica @Shoreline 10/28

So I was able to go to the Bridge school benefit concert on Sunday. Metallica was headlining. We saw John Mayer, My Morning Jacket, Jerry Lee Lewis, Neil Young, and of course Metallica. Excellent show. They covered Rare Earth, Nazareth, Blue Oyster Cult, Dire Straights, and played Disposable Heros, All Within My Hands (the ENTIRE St. Anger LP would have been better off if they did them acoustic like this), Unforgiven, and Nothing Else Matters; all acoustic BTW. I'm reading on-line that nite one had them covering Garbage's Only Happy When It Rains sheesh I woulda loved to hear that but hey I got to see the acoustic set LIVE.
