OMGWTF!!!
So I was driving home yesterday and look over at this dirty-ass civic and read the plate. OMGWTF. Now for those of you who are geek speak literate how in the hell did the dmv let this one through? And yeah I know the picture is too blurry to read the plate. Trust me its there. =P
